Why coaching? Why developmental Integral coaching?
‘Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day,
show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime’
Chinese Proverb
I have always enjoyed exploring the world, meeting different people, working with different cultures. I have moved over 15 times in 20 years and lived on 4 continents, worked in different industries and company structures. I have met wonderful people and people I couldn’t understand or come along with, I have learned to appreciate the differences and the similarities in people.
Some challenges came on my way, lost of loved one, health issues and burnout.
From the moment that I started to embrace the different facets of myself and my life, my life has unfolded into a rich, deep and meaningful adventure, my relationships have deepen and much more have become true and possible.
And this is what developmental integral coaching is about:
It is about increasing our awareness of our self and our life, learning new skills and developing new habits in taking into account who we are and the world we live in.
Metaphorically, developmental coaching is enabling to increase the capacity of the glass of water so that more water can be pulled into the glass, whereas skill coaching is adding water in the glass only.
And this is my offer to you:
Start where you are and reach your objectives in increasing
your capacity to embrace the different facets of your life,
adding new skills and taking on new habits.
In putting in place strategically new ways of being in your life,
the results are sustainable; long after the coaching program has ended.
A few examples of developmental topics: work/life balance, leadership, relationships, conversations, transition in life or career.
Be in charge of your life. Become the leader of your life.
Go inside yourself, go inside your life, go into new feelings, go deeper into presence, go deeper in your connections.
